Finger Raises
1. Set your timer for two minutes.
2. Get into sitting position with your hands flat on a table.
3. Commit to a two-minute period of time and press the start button on timer.
4. Inhaling through your nose slowly and deeply, raise the forefinger of your right hand, keeping the rest of your fingers on the table. Focus your attention on connecting the finger movement to your breath.
5. As you exhale, lower the finger.
6. Go through these breathing movements, raising and lowering each finger on both hands.
