Find a strong tone that works for you and then relax your focus on the sound over time, just focusing on your breath. The tone will change in pitch as a result of subtle changes your skin’s resistance, creating a “biofeedback” experience.
How to use this tool:
1. First set your timer for two minutes.
2. Then get into sitting position with left hand on device and right hand by its side.
3. Place your left hand on the GSR device like a computer mouse, with your fingers touching metal. Rotate the black dial with your thumb until you find a pleasant tone and leave it alone for rest of session.
4. Make a commitment to the time and start.
