Belly Breathing

1. Set your timer for two minutes.
2. Get into sitting position with one hand on your stomach and one on your chest
3. Commit to a two-minute period of time and press the start button on timer.
4. Slowly and deeply inhale through your nose, so that the hand on your stomach rises, not the one on your chest.
5. Exhale slowly through your mouth.
6. Focus on the movement of your belly as you inhale and exhale.
