Simply bring your attention back to your breath each time you feel your mind wandering.
The repetition of bringing your attention back to a singular focus each time you feel your mind wandering helps strengthen your brain’s circuitry for concentration and allows you to momentarily open and enhance your senses, which can translate more seamlessly into a sense of presence during your daily activities.
