Breathing Light

The fade-in, fade-out color prompts guide the timing of your breaths by giving you something visual to focus on while getting into an even breathing rhythm. Whenever you notice that your mind has wandered, simply bring it back to focusing on the light and breathing.

How to use this tool:

1. First press the on off button to start, and then use the touch top to cycle through different breathing times. Hold your hand on top to dim light. Find a comfortable breathing pattern and brightness, and then let it run.

2. Set your timer for two minutes.

3. Get into sitting position with hands on knees.

4. Make a commitment to the amount of time you have chosen, and press start.
