Two Minutes

Keep it to a short exercise—only a few minutes. Especially at work. Eventually this exercise can become a “calming ritual” for a longer meditation if you choose. If the two minutes feel long, or go by quickly, both are okay. That feeling says more about your neurology and emotions at that moment, than if you are doing the exercise right.
